What data do you provide?

The form collects name, email, mandatory phone number for contact, selected type of site, and a description of the project. We record the date, the identifier of the request, and the version of this information. You can also contact us by email if you prefer not to use the form. Do not submit sensitive personal data in the description.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data for responding to your request, clarifying the project and preparing an offer — actions before the conclusion of a contract under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “b” of the GDPR. Upon conclusion of the contract, the processing continues for its execution and for applicable legal obligations. The confirmation in the form certifies that you are aware of the information; it does not register you for the newsletter and does not allow for advertising messages.

To limit abuse, we use a short-lived hash of the network address that is kept for up to 10 minutes after the last attempt. Technical measures against abuse are used to protect the site and communication on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “e” of the GDPR.

Storage and access

Queries are stored until it is necessary to respond and complete the discussion of the project. If no contract is reached, the data is deleted when the communication ends and there is no justified need to keep it. In the event of a dispute or legal obligation, the relevant data is kept only for the necessary period. Contract documents and accounting documents follow the applicable legal deadlines, not a general deadline for all inquiries.

Authorized personnel within the company and necessary providers have access: Hostinger for the public website and business communication, as well as OpenAI Sites and the used Cloudflare infrastructure for processing and storing inquiries. We do not publish the data from the form and do not sell it. When processing outside the EEA, the GDPR-provided protection mechanisms apply; you can request information about the relevant providers and guarantees at the specified email address.

Chernova in the browser

The form keeps the draft in the current section of the browser so that you don’t lose the text when reloading. It is not sent before you press “Send inquiry”. It is cleared after successful submission via the clear button or after 24 hours when the form is opened again. The privacy confirmation is not saved. Clear the draft on a shared device.

External websites and technical data

Previews initially display local images. The external website only loads when you select a live preview or open the link. Then the browser connects to the selected site and its privacy information and technical mechanisms are applied to the visit. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking between sites.

The hosting can process technical data for access, security, and operation. The aggregated site measurements do not contain the text of a query, email, phone number, or permanent identifier of the visitor.

Your rights

Under applicable conditions, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, portability and object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.
